The National Palace of Culture - Congress Centre Sofia is the largest multifunctional complex in Southeastern Europe. Surrounded by a beautiful leisure park, with a
magnificent view of Mount Vitosha in the background, the Congress Centre reflects such a singular personality of Sofia, even in the essence of the building itself.
The venue boasts 123 000 square meters of space on 8 floors and 3 underground levels, comprising 14 halls, 8 000 seats and a capacity to accommodate meetings ranging
from 100 up to 4 000 participants. Modern equipment, 15 000 square meters of exhibition area, PCOs, catering services, shopping centre and a parking for more than 300
cars.
The Centre combines professional services and modern technology with an exclusive atmosphere and provides excellent conditions for holding a variety of events - congresses,
symposia, seminars, exhibitions, promotional presentations, product launches, business meetings, banquets etc. Member of ICCA and AIPC, the venue is the host of the 2006 Informal Meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers, the 2004 OSCE Annual Ministerial Council Meeting, the 35th General Assembly of AIPC, the 23rd General Assembly of UNESCO
and many other national and international events. The venue is the winner of the 2005 AIPC Apex Award competition for the "World's Best Congress Centre".
