Culture and Sports Palace
 Being multifunctional and having modern technical equipment, the Culture
and Sports Palace is a centre of a number of business and scientific
events, as well as of prestigious international sports events. Inside there is
a 3,000-seats hall, 9 halls of 50 to 800 seats, a post office branch, parking
lot facilities for 180 vehicles, as well as a recreation centre.
